The organization management met face to face with their clients at to he council hall on Thursday, 9th November, 2023. With 587 attending, the organization treated the majorly women attendees to a great feast with lots of gifts after rendering basic financial training and CBN Cashless Policy' coping mechanisms. Clients" questions yearning for answers were adequately treated.
The council meeting which comes up once a year fir a branch is an opportunity for the organization"s top management to interact with clients directly. Such avenues normally result in the drafting of new policies and programmes to meet client's needs. However, this year's session focused on the organization"s Technical Assistant Initiatives.
