Standard Life Organization has commenced the training of its field staff on the efficacy and usage of its CFA. The training which takes place online has over 79 branches participating. The essence is to smoothly implement the organization's robust seamless online transactions for the convenience of its customers. The organization had been using its Digital Field Application (DFA) for a long time now. The DFA allows the field staff to effect client transactions in the field automatically to synchronize with its Core Banking Software (CBS). With the CFA, clients should be able to interact with Standard Life system from the comfort of their homes such that they can initiate their loan applications and get disbursed upon approval within the shortest possible time.
